  2. How do I determine which service is right for me?
The best way to choose the right service is to consider your goals and current needs. If you’re dealing with personal challenges or emotional issues, individual counselling might be appropriate. Individual Counselling and Therapy

  1. What can I expect during an individual counselling session?
During your session, you will find a compassionate and confidential space to discuss your concerns. We will work together to explore your thoughts and feelings, identify patterns, and develop strategies to address the issues you’re facing. The focus is on you and your personal journey.
  2. How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies depending on your goals and needs. Some clients find a few sessions sufficient, while others may benefit from longer-term support. We will discuss your objectives during the initial consultation and create a plan that suits your individual requirements.
  3. Can I receive both counselling and coaching?
Yes, many clients find it beneficial to engage in both counselling and coaching, depending on their needs. Counselling often addresses emotional issues and past experiences, while coaching focuses on setting and achieving personal or professional goals. We can integrate both approaches to support your overall well-being.
